1. Registration & Participation
By registering for this retreat, participants agree to engage fully, respectfully, and mindfully in all aspects of the experience. Attendance is limited to maintain a safe and connected group environment.
2. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Full payment is due at registration to confirm your spot. Please contact nancy@leaderinspired.com to make arrangements for Venmo or Check,

If you need to cancel, no refunds will be issued; however, your registration may be transferred to a future retreat or event.

If the facilitators must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness, or safety concerns), participants will receive a full refund minus any processing fees or may choose to transfer to a future date.
3. Health & Well-being

The retreat includes gentle movement and reflective practices designed to be accessible for all participants.

By registering, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being during the event.

Please inform the facilitators in advance of any health concerns or accessibility needs.
4. Confidentiality & Group Conduct

This is a shared yet personal experience. We honor confidentiality and expect that personal stories or reflections shared within the group remain private.

Participants agree to engage respectfully, listen without judgment, and maintain an atmosphere of mutual care and support.

Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from the event without refund.
5. Photography & Media

Photos may be taken for promotional purposes to share the spirit of the event.

If you prefer not to appear in any photos, please notify the facilitators at check-in.
6. Liability Waiver
By registering for and attending this event, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own well-being and release the facilitators: Nancy Nicholson, Kathryn Gaulke, Jaime Kline, Leader Inspired, LLC; Satya; the event venue, and organizers from any claims or liabilities arising from participation.
